Ruby Tuesday
Reviews
I travel for work and often do not like to dine alone, especially at night. The first time I ordered "to go", I sat in the To Go parking spot for about 10 minutes before I went in the side door. Luckily an employee was there and got my food. This time I knew enough to go in the side door, but no one there. Several wait staff passed me before one asked if I had been helped. I was told I would have to go to the bar to pick up my food. It took about 15 minutes standing at the bar before I could pay for my salad(which was ready) and leave. WHY WOULD I ORDER TO GO IF I WANTED TO COME IN TO THE RESTAURANT, AND STAND AT THE BAR??? I don't know if all Ruby Tuesdays are this way, I dont think so, but I will NOT be back to this one on Cedar Creek Rd in Fayetteville
As Ruby Tuesdays go, this is low on the list.....and I'm not a big fan of the chain to begin with. This looks okay from the outside, but is dirty and tired on the inside. The stop was almost a necessity of staying at one of the nearby hotels, but I heard there is an excellent steakhouse around the corner and didn't follow up. My fault. The food was average (flat beer, too) with disappointing bleu cheese on a burger and uninspired barbeque sauce on another. The whole wheat rolls might be good if they were fresh, but sadly, these were a day over the hill. The service was by a couple of inexperienced kids who are trying, but don't have a clue what decent service is. I don't think I will stop here my next trip through. Ask at the hotels, they will give you directions to the steakhouse.
The best Ruby Tuesday I've been to... the good was very very good.
Ruby Tuesday's is a good upscale restaurant. After a long day of driving, this restaurant was right next to our motel, so we decided to eat there. We had two delicious meals -- I had crab cakes and my husband had the chef sirloin. Both were cooked just right. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a place to eat in Fayetteville.
I came here for lunch and a couple of beers. Contrary to other critiques of the place, I thought it was better than the norm in as far as Ruby Tuesdays goes nationwide. The bartender was a very happy black lady. She was very professional and looked to be managing the multi-tasking bar position just fine. I had to sit at a table near the bar since I'm 6'5 and the bar stools are screwed into the floor very close to the bar. Lucky me, my waitress was a very nice and attractive lady named Tracy. She helped me figure out what to order and kept my glass full. I've got no complaints and I'll probably go there again during my stay.
