This restaurant has the worst service. The waitress act like she did not see us, waited a long time for our food, watched other customers get upset because they never got their food. One of my orders was wrong. This Ruby Tuesday on Owen Drive needs to be closed down! Was told by host that we had to wait 15 mins but there was 3 empty tables an 3 empty booths. After she heard us talking she finally gave us a table. Worst restaurant in Fayetteville!!
I love Ruby Tuesday and quite frankly, I don't know what's up with these negative reviews... The food is very good, american food, good burgers, etc. Not the best ruby tuesday I've been to for several reasons. When I was last here, the service was very slow and we waited a while. One of the best things is that North Carolina has adopted a ban on smoking in bars and restaurants. This Ruby Tuesday in particular was full of dense cigarette smoke. But that's a thing of the past and I'll definitely be back.
Service, food & price. Not worth the time and money.
worst place I have every been too in my life. waitress needs to go back to school cause waiting tables is clearly not her thing. food was over cooked and no manager ever came to ask how our meal was. I sent my food back and ended up not eating. There cheddar biscuits I wouldnt even feed to my dogs. Oh and to top it all off there health score is a 90 dont go anywere were its less then 95
This restaurant is ridiculously unmanaged! I had the same experience as "christine." We waited 15 mintues before someone came to our table and then waitresses argued over who's table it was. It took over an hour to get our food. The food wasnt cooked properly. My steak was cold but burnt on the outside and RED on the inside. The salad bar wasnt fit for animals to eat off of! Just horrible! Won't be eating at this place again!
