Hands down it is our favorite place to go for breakfast in Edenton. Try the bacon and egg on toast or the chicken biscuit with a side of grits. In terms of atmosphere it is definitely a dive, but if you are looking for a filling, home-cooked breakfast sandwich, this is your place. I highly recommend you call your order in 10 minutes before you arrive and then go inside to pick it up. The drive through is not geared for speed.
the food is good, but, the kitchen and lobby is nasty. i waited 14 minutes at the drive through and then 5 minutes at the speaker and the lady never took my order, i drove around and went in. there was piles of trash against the wall, balled up napkins littering the counter, and the people were nasty/rude to me. the drive through person told me "she didnt have tome to take my order." its unfortunate, i liked the food but will never go back and will be sure to tell everyone about my experience.
This place is nt for ppl who want to eat more veggies and not for ppl who dnt have time to wait for fresh hot chicken..the food is great and the service is good. Its greasy because almost everything is friend...but you can never go wrong with mashed potatoes mac and cheese greenbeans and chicken...loves this place for dinner and breakfast... 5star for chicken kitchen
Great breakfast and great fried chicken. Not a place to go for watching carb intake as they offer very little in the fruit and veggie world. WE WANT FRESH VEGGIES...lol
I would go somewhere else if possible. Just nothing special. I would give it one star better then boss hogs for breakfast, BEWARE
