The hostess station was unmanned when we walked in, and we probably would have been standing there forever had we not finally walked on into the restaurant. When we finally walked in, we were greeted and taken care of properly. Staff was eating at the bar while working, and the refills were slow, but the food was great. This was our first visit. We'll probably try them again just based on the food, but there's definitely room for improvement.

After reading over the reviews just thought it would only be fair to say they are under different management now and have become my favorite place to go - with a 'Cheers' type atmosphere - they always know my name. I am usually there twice a week and always enjoy the food and the atmosphere! Everyone is super nice and the NEW wait staff is GREAT!

My food was pretty good. I like their signature draft! Manager seemed irritated that I asked about the football on the TV's. Not a "Sports Bar" where they cater to you. There was soft jazz playing in the background the whole time and it was hot. Dont go here to watch your favorite game.

We recently moved to the area and decided to try Bonfire since it is very close to home. We have been there several times now, specifically for the food. Very good food and decent prices. But the service really needs to improve, probably why on a Saturday night the place is not even close to being full. There is only one waitress there that has a positive, upbeat personality, the rest are rude and barely ask you what you want to order and check back with you. Last night, she didn't even ask if we wanted desert, just dumped the check off. I asked for a piece of pie "to go" and it was like an act of Congress! Suggest that management take a close look at their employees. it is the only thing holding Bonfire back from being outstanding!

absolutely one of the worst experiences I've ever had in a restaurant...ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich it came out with two of the tiniest pieces of overfried chicken tenders I've ever seen covered in buffalo sauce...there was five times the amount of bread as there was chicken on the sandwich...when I complained, the waitress did not consult a manager or comp my meal, she just told me that she knew how bad the food was and they have made the cooks aware many times about how bad the food is...why would you let me order something that you know is bad?? I will never eat here again and will not recommend it to any of my friends
