This was easily one of the worst meals I've ever had. My family came in from the Highland Games in Hamilton for my birthday dinner, because my husband had visited before and said it was great. Before I ordered my daughters food, I asked if the hot dogs were gluten free. The server then told me that the hot dogs came from Costco, and were indeed gluten free. I appreciated her confirming that they were, so my daughter wouldn't have a reaction with her celiac, but I did not need to know that they were from Costco. I ordered the special of Steak Oscar. When my steak arrived, it was very small and the portion of the fries was somehow not big enough (this is not something that is usually said about a joint.) My crab meat was full of tendons and shells and the hollandaise sauce tasted like it was either from a jar or from a package. When I asked the server about the shells, I was given the answer of, "Oh, that's just bits and pieces from the crab. I shelled them myself." a) I do not need to know that at the price I paid for this meal, my server was doing the prep and b) THERE WERE SHELLS IN EVERY BITE OF THE MEAT. They took my food back, scraped off the crab and sauce and threw it back onto the grill. Instead of giving me new fries, they put the old fries back in the fryer to reheat. It was a greasy, horrible mess. Instead of getting a freshly cooked steak, I had a reheated mess and they knocked off a couple bucks. My husband ordered the other special of Blackened Prime Rib with Langostino Crab Tails. His steak was refrigerator cold through out the entire steak. It was not blackened, but was just doused in tons of black pepper and seemingly no other spices. His crab tails were HORRIBLE and tasted like cheap cooking wine that was not cooked down or had no butter added. I am no foodie, but I know good steak. I could've gotten an amazing meal at Lolo Creek Steakhouse or even Montana Club. Heck, I could've gotten a better steak at Applebee's and saved myself 2/3 the cost. We will never, ever be going back again. What a horrible meal and a waste of money.

My Parents live in Victor, so every trip I've made out there since I was a kid, we have gone to eat at the Victor Steakhouse. Victor is a super small town, so there are not many places to choose from. I have never been disappointed, My parents are regulars and everyone that works there knows them by name, which probably helps our experience. Last time we went, a few years back the food was so delicious and to be honest, i LOVED the cheese and crackers they serve before the meal. SO GOOD! I am headed back for another trip this month so I hope we can make it there while we are in town! Nothing better than good food on a vacation!

Excellent food, ok service, good atmosphere. All around a good place for a nice dinner.
