Cowboy Troy's
Reviews
I have been to Cowboy Troy's many times. Their food quality is inconsistent. Sometimes their food is outstanding, and sometimes it's mediocre. It seems to depend on who is in the kitchen. One time I ordered a tomato and basil pizza and it came out covered in chopped parsley. I don't have much confidence in a cook or waitress that can't tell the difference between basil and parsley! They apologized and fixed the order though. I will go back.
We ate @ Cowboy Troy's last night for the first time. Someone had told us they have AMAZING burgers. I was like ehhh, we'll see, but NO KIDDING, so good! We got a Cowboy Burger, some hot wings and a peace of "Chocolate Confusion" cake. It was all insane! Every bite of every course was better than the last. The burger was on some ciabatta bread, and there were onion petals instead of rings in it, which I thought was so much easier to eat. Makes a lot more sense. The cake, I dunno...I'm pretty sure they may just inject ecstasy straight into every amazing layer! The wings came with some chips that have got to be the best fresh chips I've ever had. perfectly crunchy and seasoned! Oh and the fries with the burger also tasted super fresh, crunchy and so yummy! Service was friendly and fast...and accommodating! Someone said we should try their steak, and I'm not dubious this time. Can't wait to go back and try it!
Best pizza crust in the county.
