Brilliant food! Great relaxed atmosphere. No fast food here! Not fast service, and that is a plus. It is a place for those who want to lay back, catch up with friends and have a great bite to eat.

The food's made from scratch, daily, and the kitchen's small. So it's a long wait. But the food's great!

The food is bland at best, the dining area is tiny, and the service is terrible. I most certainly won't be going out of my way to go there again. My two small children and I had to wait for over an hour for our pancakes and eggs. My advice - avoid the No Sweat, unless you'er after the "Helena" experience.
