Chili's Grill & Bar
Reviews
We return to our neighborhood Chili's on Washington St. for the friendly service and affordable foods. It's a date-night staple for us. Our favorites are the $20 dinner combinations, and fajitas. The made at the table Guacamole is a tasty treat, but it's so popular that they sometimes run our of avocados.
Horrible service! Was not close to busy on a saturday night and still waited starting with the hostess then the waiter who "lost" or did't put in our order then the actual food! Took 2 hours for 3 people in the bar area! Worst Chili's I have ever been to service wise! Seems to be a Helena pattern! Food was edible!
Twice now walked out, 20 mins no service and not even busy. People behind us in line got their food and drinks. Never going back again.
Awesome, personable service from Alyssa! Definitely recommend!
Fellow polo player Norman Brinker (God rest his soul) knew what he was doing when he created this place. Not only that, he financed his wife to create the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, so whenever I see a Chili's, I am sort of drawn to it, if only for socially conscious ideals. Once again, the food was great, fresh and hot. Service was outstanding (thanks Roxie) and even the manager Matt stopped by to see how our experience was. On the scale of eating out, especially in Helena Montana, I highly recommend this place. Oh, did I also mention the Montana Internet wifi was also great! We even hosted a Skype meeting online with their wifi, with five other guys from back East, without any problems! I have eaten at Chili's all over the country, and once again, am not disappointed. Thank you for being here!
