Now that they've redecorated Applebee's in Helena, it's actually kind of fun to go see the new decor. It is everything Helena and Montana, which is great for people visiting the area. It is also a lot less cluttered. The food is good, about what you'd expect from an Applebee's. On a busy night you may be waiting a bit to get your food as I think sometimes they tend to slam the waitresses. I have gotten great service from the majority of the staff there and, anytime I do have an issue, I get quick resolution from the management. Overall, it's one of my favorite places to go eat because I know I will be taken care of and I know that you can get good service. I, of course, have my favorite servers too.
I'm used to good food and good service from Applebee's. This is not where that happened. Fish and chips is absolute crap and service is disgusting. Maybe it was a bad night to go, but I don't recommend this Applebee's.
Took forever to get seated, and don't go at four its shift change and you'll be waiting. On the bright side the atmosphere its good, and the food is good.
Staff was very friendly & service & food was excellent!
Went there on a Friday night after 8pm, lots of noisy brats, looked like dads had the kids for the weekend. Food was cold, bar was great. Needed the bar.lol
