Coffee is very hot, almost impossible to drink without adding a little cold water. During early to mid AM limited seating. The iced lemon pound cake is very tasty. As an old senior citizen, the cute chicks coming and going make my day!
The SBX crew in Great Falls is fantastic - always ready with smiles.
How refreshing to find a Starbucks here, and even better to find a Starbucks here and be pleasantly surprised with the exceptional people they have and the level of service provided.

Again... with the waiting!!!! I'm from Seattle where there are a million people in line but they get u up and get you out. In Great Falls- enjoy - never have enough staff on to fill orders, and u sit in drive thru for 34 minutes!!!! Plus new baristas every week so the excuse is.... "sorry, we're training".... uuuuggghh
Typical Starbucks. Nothing special- good coffee, great service. Pretty much the only decent coffee house in town. God that's sad.
