In short, I've had better food & more courteous, consistent service at Interstate trucker restaurants. In a half-full "cafe", we saw our waitress twice in the 2 ½ hours we were there: Once to take our order, and again when she brought our food. The food was luke-warm when served, and perhaps even a bit heavy. Even so, the wait staff was too busy chatting behind the counter, grabbing themselves soft drinks, or checking their smartphones to ever stop by and ask how the food was or if we needed anything. They were also too busy to notice that we'd finished our meals, and after 20 minutes we finally walked to the counter and asked the manager for our tab. This is not to be confused with the restaurant (which, although pricier, had impeccable service & food) that is just adjacent of the Springwater Cafe. Visit Fairmont for the pools, but do yourself a favor and avoid the Springwater Cafe - There is substantially better food, at a similar or more affordable price, just a 10 minute drive away in Anaconda or Butte.
