I would like to explain that bad management follows bad owners. The staff may very well be tasked with customers' satisfaction, but there are no standards here. Thank you for a pleasant and productive (for us) few days. We set up shop in the corner of the lobby on Friday evening asked for paper clips - computer help and all - so accommodating the staff was - is - our appreciation & good well goes out to your staff who were thrillingly efficient & friendly. Dining staff set us up every AM in large group.
My Son and I stayed at this resort one weekend and we had a great time The room was really nice and the staff was helpful. Casey loves the pools and especially the slides!
We had a wonderful stay. Beautiful facility. I would recommend having coasters for the coffetable/table to preserve the wood also placemats would help w/ preserving the dining table.
