My husband works at applebees in clinton ms
I would like to start off by saying I was an Applebee's manager for 2 years at another location and know how a restaurant is run. Both times we have been we were promptly seated, the servers were pleasant, and overall the food has been remarkably better than my expectations. The restaurant and the bathrooms were very clean and well kept. No complaints and keep up the great work!!!!
the staff was nice enough though they tended to sit around and talk a lot. They got my order wrong and tried charging me for something I didn't get.
I recently called in a Car-Side ToGo order at the Clinton location. The employee who answered the phone neglected to greet me, was impolite, and provided overall very poor customer service. When I went to pick up my order, the place seemed very busy and unorganized, even with only a few patrons present. The only bright side was that the food was pretty good. Either that or I was really hungry... I'm hoping this was just an isolated incident, but I doubt it.
This location has been a consistent favorite with me and my friends. we eat here all the time and have never had a bad experience. The food is fresh, and delicious, and the service is amazing! We have certain waiters and waitresses who even remember our names when we come in. Awesome restaurant!
