The food is excellent but the quote "new beds" are not good. I was happy to leave sadly. The thief housekeeper stole some of my clothing but the rest of the staff was nice. The room was not clean, etc. I was hoping for an upscale place and although we paid an upscale price the beds were hard & obviously cheap. The photos make it appear to be much better. I will say the staff is much better than guests. (A room full of kids that kept us up when we were trying to get some sleep on the bedrock beds.) Management should inspect the rooms after they are "cleaned" to assure they truly are. Kids had obviously left pieces of cake or brownie on the floor and walls along with large what looked like oil stains on the wall.??? I actually felt sorry for the hotel at that point. Wondered WHO would do that to them. When I went to put on some shorts two pair were missing along with a new bra I had purchased. BEWARE. Lock your stuff up. The do not disturb sign was not followed & clothing was missing. It was not left back at home. It was in fact stolen. This has happened twice.
My wife and I took a 2 hour float trip there. Cost us $40 for both of us. I won't be doing that again. Save yourself some money and look elsewhere for float trips.
