Service is slow LOTS of times. ALWAYS messes up something that you order. They started serving these fries that are not as good as the fries before. If you are trying to save money, then STOP! You are just gonna get bad reviews. My family likes MOST of the food, that is why we come back. Don't be such cheapskates!!
Extremely slow service. Overpriced food. Just overall, not very good.
Me and my co-workers was each given a 20% off coupon by wayne bair for lunch for doing a good job.. so couple days later we call to use for lunch one burger for each and fries.. said had 3 orders 3 guys one was going to pay CC over phone others would send cash.. then jessica said i cant use 3 of them ... i said so if other guy calls right back and does his order diffrent order diffrent guy all good right... then tells me she wouldnt let me do it ehiter..... FYI jessica i went to backyard across the street you lost 3 people for good on avg i only ate maybe once a month and never used a %20 coupon guess how many times i come back now or drink again .... saved yourself maybe $4 bucks this review and and word of mouth will cost you more.
They have the best burgers around and great selection. I love the sports theme and welcoming atmosphere. Value is good as well.
My favorite place in town, Tim and his gang do a wonderful job consistently... Best waitress hands down is Amber Dawn!!
