This has to be one of the worst places in Nixa to eat, long wait, out of food, out of drink special, appetizer came out with dinner and was cold. Drinks did not get refilled. Finally a manager came over and filled our drinks, our dinner order was wrong at this point we paid for what we had to drink and the crappy appetizer. Took 45 minutes to get the appetizer and they were not busy at all. Manager did apologize and said they were short staffed, while I appreciate that my parents had the same experience with this place. Save yourself the time and try another restaurant.
They never fill a draft beer to the top. It is measured by computer and if the bartender fills it they will be in trouble.
Food is ok, but for the value its great. You know that old saying, "you get what you pay for." That applies to Applebees in Nixa. Service is horrible on multiple times eating there. I keep giving applebees a chance but they keep disappointing me. I'm not a picky customer at all, I just require the standard necessities you know; napkins, drink refills, and oh yea my appetizer before my meal. All the servers there dont understand that. I'm not going to eat applebees in Nixa for a long time, until they get a whole new staff or they pay me to eat there (and that's ify). I'm not suggesting applebees to anyone in the future.
this place has Awful service. have been twice, and both times it was horrible. forgot orders, got orders wrong. took forever. we really like applebee's in general, so we tried "to go" they still couldn't get the order right, and half the food was cold
Crummy bar service. Girls always seem way to busy to make it to your table in a timely matter. When they do, you order will be forgotten, or dismissed completely. Worst applebess, at least from the service stand point.
