HELLO.....does no-one else have a problem with the sewer smell?!?! Just walking in or out of the building, the stench is bad enough! But if you are one of the unfortunate souls, who have to use the restroom, be prepared to loose your appetite all together! Most of the time we visit, the food and service is pretty good. If not, the management will make it right. But the owner's of this particular franchise, REALLY needs to correct the sewer "issues"!

The food was good, but the preservatives used on the salad bar was bad. About ten minutes into my salad I knew they used preservatives, but it was too late. I had to leave and immediately get medical attention. My two friends ate there and both had allergic reactions. It would be nice if the customers would know that preservatives were used.

Ive dined twice with my wife and a couple once. Waitresses are friendly but bad service refills etc., first time with my wife food was served with missing items cold food and no silverware to eat. Ive had better food at work. Second time cold food warm steak, your cooks need to learn how to cook. My best advice hire new cooks ditch people who dont know what customer service is. Its hurting Ruby Tuesday in the long run. Cold food bad service not sure why people still go there.

I was with a party of 3 and we waited 10 minutes for a waitress to come to our table and another 20 minutes for our drinks. At this point we just left and went to McDonald's instead. They did make up for it when I called to tell them I wasn't satisfied, they offered to send me a $25 gift card. UPDATE: My most recent visit to Ruby's resulted in not getting a water refill, and when I went to the bar with my glass, when I turned around, my girlfriend saw the waitress give me a dirty look after I had turned around. The waitress then proceeded to only clean up my GF's place setting when we were done. VERY UNSATISFIED WITH THEM
