I had the worst restaurant meal of my life here. I should have known to drive on by when we stopped here at 6:00 p.m. on a Saturday evening and we were one of two cars in the parking lot. The food was very low quality, with mashed potatoes that looked like they had been in the steamtable all day. The service wasn't horrible, but wasn't great. I will never go here again. It used to be a great place to eat--I don't know what happened.
Of you want to eat somewhere in Kirksville.... This is simply not the place. There are a lot of great choices to choose from without picking the worst of Kirksville!
Although the dinner is good and priced about the same as everywhere else, the breakfast food is super cheap and super delicious. It's a massive plate for about $5 after tip. A word of caution: every drink other than coffee is expensive, so get either water or coffee.
I love this place! Great service! The BEST French Toast I have ever had! You have to talk to Rosie. She is a great cook and a great lady!
Service was good. The food was average. I wouldn't recommend it.
