Several people told me that this was the best place in Callaway County for wheel alignment. I set up an appointment to get the wheels aligned on an old Chrysler that I was planning on getting fixed up. I was in the waiting area when a customer came in and complained that their shop did not do a good job of wheel alignment on their car. Their answer was " Wul yew must have bad tars." We kin sell yew a new one and yul be good to go." Customer eventually left. A few minutes later another customer comes in with the same complaint. again the answer was" " Wul yew must have bad tars." We kin sell yew a new one and yul be good to go.". That customer soon left too. A bit later another customer comes in with the same complaint as the first two. This time the clerk kept looking over at me to see if I was listening. I pretended that I was really interested in a magazine. In a very low tone of voice which was just above a whisper he says, " Wul yew must have bad tars." We kin sell yew a new one and yul be good to go." My own car was already in the shop otherwise I would have cancelled the appointment and left. When my car was done it was doing about the same thing it did before I took it in. I did not take it back. It was a beater and all I was interested in was getting the wheeels aligned reasonably close. My experience there got me to thinking. A good wheel alignment shop will ask you what the car is doing before you bring it in. They will ask you if the car is pulling left or right. These folks asked me no questions at all.
Friendly, efficient service.
