My husband and I were there on a Thursday evening at 9:27 pm and sat at the bar where we learned that there were 1/2 price appetizers - our server was Diana who served me 2 drinks, another bartender came and took my appetizer order of nachos because my original waitress, Diana, went to eat at the end of the bar so the other bartender took my nacho order. Diana rang up my tab after she was done eating and charged me full price. I did not notice it until I got home and was entering debits in my checkbook only to find she did not give me the half off price. From the other comments, this seems to be "what they do"! Not ready to go back any time soon. Watch your tab!
Pretty good. Accommodating waitress and chefs made it fun for the kids. Nice local brew (Lake Leech) on tap and good food and service.
I never write reviews, and I believe that I am a very patient person, but our experience with the hostess was unexceptable... We went here on Friday, July 26th 6:45PM with a group of 10 people. There was absolutely NO ONE in the waiting room and I was told that they could not seat us until 7:30-8:00. I asked the hostess (two lip peircings, and a terrible additude) if we could be split into several groups instead. She said No, that it would still be that long of a wait because they were "packed", even though there was not another soul in the entrance/waiting area. I looked around again and said "would you turn away a group of 3-4 people if they came in right now?" she said no. So i asked again if we could be split up depending on the table size that opened up. She said "well I guess I can walk around and see what, if anything, is going to open up" In a very sarcastic, rude manner. I said nevermind and we walked out. Anyone that does not want our business doesn't deserve it. We went down to Benson's down the street and even though they had a waiting list, they were more than happy to serve us. We will never be spending a dime at Lucky's again ... Terrible service, not happy to have our business at all.
OVER COOK, OVER PRICED AND BAD SERVICE ALL AROUND. WAS THERE ON 10/11/12.. NEVER AGAIN GOING TO EAT THERE.
A decent place; the bison burger can be quite good.
