We decided to give it a try seeing we had gift certificates. We were leery due to the fact that the Applebee's where we used to live in WI. was gross. Well, I can't say anything good about this place. The steak was so tough It hurt my wrist to try and cut it, My Husbands Walleye had bones in it and he got one stuck in his throat. I told him to stop eating it before I had to call 911. You could have used the so called "Steamed Veggies" for hockey pucks they were so rubbery. Also, the plates had spots all over them from the dishwasher. Yay, same old same old for all Applebee's I guess. WILL NOT RETURN.
Waiters and waitress were apologizing all night to me and others around me. My meal was just a salad and water but it did not feel like I received the full portion. They never asked if I wanted a lemon in my drink, no silverware until I asked, no napkins until I was done with meal. The table next to me got a burger and still pink inside (under cooked), the table behind me had some other problem. My opinion, poor training and poor supervision, also cook needs to add more salad to the plate. Meal should have been free after this experience. Not going back there when I'm in town.
