Horrible customer service. Had WIC vouchers for my son. Needed to get his lactose free whole milk. There are two options for that. They had one half gallon. So I got all my other WIC items, went to the front and asked about rain checks or something since they were out. The cashier pushed a button to reach a manager. A manager appeared, seemed unaware that we required assistance. She called him over and he said they did not give any rain check on items that they did not have in stock. He checked to see how many were listed in stock. 8. Sent an employee to check the cooler. I asked the cashier if I should move my stuff or if she should turn off her light. Nope. So I had to be the one to let ppl know it'd be a while and they should try another lane. 20 freaking minutes later I'm still standing there. The cashier asks what is going on. She calls out to the gal who is supposed to be checking. She says they have none in stock. I WAS STILL WAITING!!!! Guess since my son was out of milk and I used my entire lunch break for what would have been a 10 minute shopping trip, I'll check Chris' after work or go to the next freaking town. And don't even get me started on that joke of a Pharmacy. Ish.
Walmart is one of my favorite places to shop, but I'll drive 30 miles out of my way to avoid this one. Just walking inside you instantly feel dirty. It seems as if it's loosely organized, never cleaned, never stocked. Parking lot is a crazy design with it's curves and hills, but it's kind of fun on the motorcycles. I'll only go here as a "Crap, I need that thing now, and don't have time to drive to Cambridge"
Nothing is ever in stock long lines employees just standing around i travel all across the country and shop at walmarts all over and by far this one is the very worst!!!!!!
Parking lot design is a joke. You go up a hill and right at the top is a curb in the middle of the lot, so you can not go straight. Inside is no better. Nothing is ever stocked, Inept management with no idea what too do when there approached by an employee. It seems like the only people there that have any idea what there doing is a old guy out side pushing carts and the front end Casher managers. Everything else is a joke. Nothing is stocked correctly. I live in the area and I dread coming too this walmart. Bathrooms are never clean. Half the time the prices are wrong, I watched a customer try and buy a lawn mower marked at there advertised price. The customer had too wait for management approval and then management didn't want too give the customer the item, stating that the price was wrong. How does that work? Plus I've had so called employees walk away when I was asking them about fuel filters for a lawn mower. They told me they didn't carry any and they walked away. 5 minutes later I'm approached and asked if I needed any help? What the hell?!? The second guy was maybe at least and found the correct fuel filter. I think his name was Sal?
Went into the store to buy shoes. opened the box and found fecal matter. 0/10 would not shop again.
