I was at the Taste of New Ulm, which was great, except for this place. My steak and mushroom bite had a big piece of sharp plastic in it. At first, I thought it was glass. I told a couple of the employees, and they really didnt seem to care. She actually seemed upset at the fact that I was even saying something. Someone could get hurt....not happy!

No major complaints on the food. It wasn't spectacular, but good. Could have been hotter. I didn't get any water with dinner (had to ask for it), didn't get any silverware or napkin (but food came and I had to ask for it) with a fairly long wait time each time I asked for something. I have to say I felt neglected. Food just OK. Service, not so good.
Ive only eaten at Georges 6 times and ive never had a good experiance! "Giant" shrimp were tiny and rubbery I couldnt chew them the potatoe were hard as rock and the service sucks! I wont be going back again
Whenever my husband and I want to treat ourselves to date night or special occasions, we ALWAYS choose George's! You can't beat the great atmosphere and AMAZING food! Everything is absolutely fantastic! We have been to Manny's in the Twin Cities for great steak as well, and I would put George's right up there along with it! You can't beat the conservative prices on the menu, for the quality of food you are served! We absolutely LOVE George's!
