Every time I go there it takes a while for the server to help us. Then it takes even longer for our drinks. Bad service and even when its not busy it takes the bartender forever to get your drink for you. Food is good but not worth the wait and poor service
We placed a to-go order by phone from the hotel..food was ready when they said it would be, staff very friendly, and the Grilled Chicken Wonton Tacos are awesome! Light and crispy, not a heavy taco shell kind of thing..hubby enjoyed the Cowboy Burger..will definitely order again next time we're in town!
I went to this applebees to place a order and none of the waitresses would even come up to the front. They knew I was in the waiting area because they looked right at me. I waited 10 minutes and got up and left. I get the feeling I was ignored because im black. O well I will never go again.
Food was good. Service was good, servers were friendly. Even at 8 on a Saturday night, there was seating. Don't let the full parking lot deceive you.
Food was good, when we finally got it. It took way too long to get the salad and to have our drinks refilled. The people who came in after us got their hot food before we got our salad.
