I recently took my car into Graham Tire for an oil change and was very impressed with the level of customer service and quick turnaround time for the service. The front desk staff was very friendly and efficient and they drove me back to my place of work while my car was being serviced. They even drove my car back out to my office after they were finished. I felt the price of the service was reasonable and they even did an overall inspection of my vehicle to make sure everything else was ok. I believe this level of customer service was above and beyond and not very typical these days. Needless to say, I was very impressed! This was my first service appointment with Graham Tire and I will definitely use them again in the future and would recommend them to anyone in the area.
