Horrible service and really burnt food! When I asked the waitress to bring back the food, she gave me attitude!!!! On top of that, I got cheated money off on my debit card!! I was only suppose to pay $37.87, yet when I checked my account the next morning, I was actually charged $45.46! I do NOT recommend you to pay with your debit/credit card, let alone go there at all!!!!!!
Half price appetizers and $4 Long Islands and Margaritas. I went to school at SMSU and this was our favorite place to go to eat because we could easily walk there which allowed everybody to drink. I've never had better Long Islands they are seriously better than every bar in town. Their food has been amazing every time I've eaten there and I also love getting the 2 for $20 with my boyfriend. Wednesday is BARGO night (BINGO) and it's pretty annoying so only go if you're into that sort of thing.
A friend and I went at 5 pm on a Saturday. We were seated right away. I would say the place was at about 75% capacity. It took a long time to get our orders taken, and get our food. At one table, there were three different parties using that table between the time we got there and the time we left. My friend's pasta was overcooked. He complained and got a new order, but it was still overcooked. That said, they did not charge him for the pasta, so that kind of made up for it.
I've eaten here quite a few times and its very inconsistent. The staff is usually friendly, however on numerous occasions I have felt forgotten by my server. When my food arrives often times it seems as though either it just got pulled from the microwave, or as though it has been sitting on the warmer. Not to say that it's a bad place to eat it just seems to me that they are failing to deliver on what you expect out of them as a successful chain.
Not a good service. It took them forever to get our drinks, totally dissappointed!
