I frequently have lunch at Higher Grounds and really enjoy their variety of sandwiches and baked goods. I'm pleased that they generally offer more than one type of soup each day to provide a bit of variety. All of the employees are kind, attentive, and pleasant. They know their customers and really go out of their way to treat them well. My baby shower was hosted here months ago and I am still hearing comments from out-of-town guests about what great food and beverages they enjoyed and how beautiful the interior of the coffee shop is. There is a great loft space with couches and a sitting space that is wonderful for quiet conversation. I will note that it seems to be a Christian coffee shop, as there is generally Christian music playing in the background, but no direct discussion by staff that I have ever encountered (I know that can make some folks uncomfortable). I definitely recommend this great place to anyone.
Great Place to stop and have a bite to eat with friends great atmosphere with beautiful surroundings! I love meeting my friends here and everything tastes great. Nice place to come and take a break in your busy day.
