i call them they say first come first served.(im on the junior league) I get there no laines open but there will be one in 30 min. I wait for that and as I wait 5 other familys come in and wait. i can clearly see that there is two laines open but they dont call me over they give it to someone that just walks in and they say pre bowlers dont pay to bowl so we give people that pay go first when i have payed the $260 to bowl for the league and they say i dont pay . that just makes me mad.
Worst service ever. They wont give 3 lane even though there are many empty lanes. Then they didn't give us lanes that they will give. This place has service that keeps going downhill. This is my last time here. The arcade rarely have new games and always have broken machines. Used to be a favorite until this last time that officially push me over the limit. The skinny woman that works at the bowling area just kept staring at us during the whole duration of my stay. They close lanes early and require us to give them a reason why we want 3 lanes for 6 people. This is just stupid
Bad service I used to bowl leauges thre. Lanes were dirty. Spilled pop, popcorn, on the approach. As a leage bowler, Everywhere else in town gives deals on beer. Not us. 14 bucks a pitcher. For cheap bud, miller. Food is cold. And everything is expensive. You will Allways find unsupervised children running around. During leauge bowling!!
definitely not a place to go for a good meal, I ordered a little havana cuban sandwich and it tasted like the whole thing was cooked in the microwave. another person at my table order the barbecue pork sandwich and that tasted like leftovers. and the Mediterranean salad was drowning in dressing. as for the arcade games they're very overly price, averaging 2 to 3 dollars per play.
This place has nice lanes, that is all that is going for them. It is expensive, the service is poor and food is mediocre. If you want to have fun bowling without spending a fortune, keep heading North about 1 mile to Blainebrook. Avoid this place.
