The only complaint I have about the restaurant is that they took goulash off of their menu when they switched to The Iron Skillet. Maybe you guys could work it into the regional menu section! It was the best! This truck stop is still one of the nicest in the country! It's like an old rustic cabin the some parts. Their store has so many interesting items!
Glenn loves this place. Nice store, nice showers. Wonderful BBQ Ribs. Parking is ok. Be early for parking.
Boyfriend and I are OTR and been to 100's of TA/Petros. This by far is the best East of the Rockies. Went on a Weds and had the buffet at Iron Skillet, which I was dreading because of our previous experiences with the usual slop they serve drivers. Brisket was incredible and while its obviously not 5 star quality compared to the real world...in the trucking world it gets a 5 star rating from us. Service and general store were great too!
Wow!! I can not say enough good things about this place!!! Thank you to who ever is in charge of this operation. Love how classy it is, it's unique atmosphere and the music being played over the speakers as well. Definitely work even a trip out of the way!
Always a pleasure stopping here rain or shine it's good place to rest and eat and unwind.clean .
