I was impressed by the staff and atmosphere that's where the dazzle ended. Food was mediocre for the price, I ordered a Jerk Chicken sandwich ( I love jerk chicken it my favorite dish) which boasted in the menu "Chicken marinated in 27 different spices" yet yielded zero flavor, chicken tasted like it was pulled out of the GFS frozen chicken breast bag and quickly kissed with a microwave and a grill. Saganaki was good from the Kassari cheese stand point however the under cooked doughy cold pita bread ( I mean come on how do you make pita bread taste like crap). I opted for sweet potato fries as I love sweet potato anything, but I finally found the "Sweet Potato Killer" under cooked lacking of flavor and over all dismal side dish. Overall it I felt $40 lighter and I was hungry as I ate 1/3 of my meal before throwing in the towel. In my opinion based on experience I would not recommend this restaurant.

Art & Jakes is a generic sports bar. The only thing that makes them different from the competition is that they serve ethnic food along side the regular entreés. The food here is not absolutely delicous nor is it disgusting, its essentially sports bar food. The menu is extensive, so in the case of being indecisive.. good luck. I found the prices of food items are very modest, especially the hamburgers. The interior of the establishment is that of a generic sportsbar. One thing that I noticed is some of the granite tables are somewhat uncomfortable, and a difficult to completely scoot your chair up to. Another comment would be the absurd amount of T.Vs, they are quite distracting while eating, but if you do like television then this is the place for you. The most important thing is that trying to park here is Very difficult. I have yet to eat here when parking is avalible instantly. Overall, this is just a sports bar with ethnic food served alongside generic food. prices are fair, and parking is insane.

Great place for dinner or to hang out at night! My first time there was with friends to have some drinks and everyone was very friendly, except one waitress who could have just been having a bad night. Last night I went there with a friend to try out their food.. Our waitress was great, the food was amazing and there were even some drink specials! I would recommend Art & Jake's to anyone that wants to try a new place. A great variety of food, so anyone can find something they like and it looks even better than it does in the pictures (which is rare).

Food is fresh and excellent. Menu is diverse with great 'home' cooked meals and excellent ethnic dishes. Staff/service is fair. Drinks are reasonably priced. Nice neighborhood sports bar.

Hidden gem? I think so. Great place very surprised. Service great ladies are very nice ;-) great burgers.
