I have been going to The Island B & G since it has opened and found the staff very nice, and the atmosphere clean and warm with good food. It is a great place to go to after work to just relax and shoot the breeze with Linda and her charming daughter Leanne "mom to be". Not for kids, but adults will have a nice time!
Do not run a tab. They have been know to put female patrons drinks on your bill. BE VERY CAREFUL.
I have frequented the bar since it was Mesquite. That dates about more than a decade. When I returned from business on the west coas the Tavern was closed. A few months later the Island opened. Over the past couple of years I have learned the names and personalities of the owners and staff. To say that they are the friendliest and loveliest in town is an understatement. This is my Cheers Bar. You will learn that this is your Cheers bar also.
I am a regulat at the island. The food is great with a wide variety of choices. Prices are very reasonable. On the weekdays and weekends there is always fun and entertainment planned. Looking for a fun and exciting night out? Check out the island you won't be sorry
