Hi I just want to say that this place has the best service, and cleaniness in the Manistee Area as for when it comes to the other fast food places. I been going there for the past mornings after my work out and the service is always outstanding.
worse food service and personnel of any fast food i have ever been to. i went 5 times. not 1 time did i receive correct order, i got lip from mngrs for all complaints i made, and even food that was incorrect was not fresh nor was it presented properly. drive thru bags show bag limits on them yet the employees insist on putting everything in one bag, so the bottom food was flat like pan cakes. i gave 5 chances to get it right 1 time. i will never go again and if i am around there, I'll try to deter others from going. this is one place i will go out of my way to make sure they have no customers.
I don't know why I even go to this mcdonalds. They serve meat that is dry and nasty. The fried are old. They can't even make a decient big mac! They have buckets that belong on the floor, on the counter. I have seen with my own eyes these giant white and black buckets that belong on the floor on the counter in drive thru, on the counter by the front register. They have people working there that don't give a hoot just want a check n never show up. I don't see them wash their hands use the same gloves for long periods of time and touching things other than food. I've seen people walk into the work area wearing everyday clothes making food with no gloves and dealing with customers, then leave after a while not even there for an hour.
this place deep fry's everything and it's unhealthy except for the bananas.
