I came to this restaurant for a party with 30-35 guests with a reservation. Table was to crowded and chairs had to be removed so people could sit down. Some guests were seated at a separate table. Service was poor but I feel it was due to lack of staff not the servers themselves. Food was very slow coming but was very good when it did arrive. Two guest never received there meals, one because it was given to another guest and had to be remade and the other because the steak was burnt and had to be remade. Most of the guests were done eating and had left before these meals ever came to the table. Quality food with poor management in the kitchen and on the floor. I would never recommend this place for a large group unless it were to be under new management.
Worst dining experience I've had in years. Portions were small and way over-priced. They tried to correct the portion part of the complaint by serving more of the same, but I still left feeling like I needed to go out to dinner. Would have done better at Taco Bell.
Restaurant brands itself as being a "step up" from the usual sit downs in the area like Applebee's or Main Street Pub. The food here is pretty good, the decor is nice, the prices are a little high depending on what you order. The service is hit-or-miss however. I have never seen a manager walking around any of the times we have been here. On more than one occassion we have had wait staff who I only saw 3 times. Once when we sat down, once when they brought out the food, and once when they brought the bill. Other times we have had good wait staff, but it's really a toss up on what kind of service you will receive when you get there.
Ordered the calamari.. they weren't fresh (frozen!), salty and barely was enough for two people. I ordered the southwest wrap and it was okay. I only ate half of it as I didn't want to waste stomach space on it. My husband ordered the turkey burger and he said it was tasteless and dry. I don't know.. could be an off night but when we go out it won't be my first choice.
The servers are friendly, attentive, and always have a smile. The food is delicious, and the prices match or beat local chains. Upscale, casual environment with touches of a sports bar.
