I have loved going to Harvey's the past couple of years and it's a great place, but the last time I went there, my group of friends and I had a waitress that was rude with us, not friendly at all, and acted like she didn't want to be there. As a result my group gave her lower tips than we normally would have and because of this I found out the next day that she forged my receipt and added on a bigger tip than I gave, thus charging me a lot more than what I paid. As anyone knows, THIS IS ILLEGAL. The management was good to me and gave me my money back, but I am writing this review because I don't want this to happen to anyone else. As with this place and anywhere else, please keep your receipts and check bank statements because people like this should be fired and never near anyone's money again. The place itself is wonderful, the management is great, but I would rethink their staff and will be wary from going to this bar again in the near future.
A group of us stopped for appetizers before concert. Service was very good but the food was awful. We sent back the nachos because they were burnt and had very little chicken and veggies on it. Second plate of nachos came back with more chicken and veggies on it but was BURNT again. Chessey fries were less than good. Food not worth the price.
Liked it it's a good atmosphere I suggest going there
Service was very bad and people was slow and rude. The manger came out and he acted like he didnt care so i felt like i should wright a review insted of call another manager.
Great Food, Great Staff, Great Music and overall a fun place to be. Always a big group of people. Upstairs, Downstairs full upstairs Deck and a smaller deck downstairs for outside fun too. Check this place out!
