We had the most amazing dinner on Friday night! We attended an Oyster flight dinner that was over the top. Michael did a wonderful explanation of the oysters that were paired with libations and other fun a tasty morsels. Thank you for a very memorable night! We hope that you do this again soon!
We tried to go here last year and it was closed to prepare for dinner. So we looked forward to trying it this year and planned our day accordingly. First, the dinners are somewhat expensive so when the waitress asked if we wanted our included bread, I was a little put off. I ordered the lobster at $35, and my portion was laughable. Luckily I am not a big eater. The little pile of lobster was underdone and the managers reply was that's how the chef prepares it. My sister had the scallops at $31. She got 3. The mgr. saide "well she got 3" like she couldn't beleive we'd question it. My other sister got the Ciopinni. It was too spicy. The mgr told her "It's Ciopinni" like she should have known it would be spicy. I had Ciopinni in Hawaii and didn't find it spicy a all. I would never go here again. I would go to the Old Mission Tavern in the Penninsula over and over again.
This is my favorite place to eat in Northern Michigan. The food is delicious and inventive. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
Best whitefish around a restaurant full of wonderful people know all the cooks in the back former employee and they are good people cleanest restaurant in the county if your in elk rapids stop in at siren hall and it might just be the best meal you've had in the county :)
Had a Monkfish special at Siren Hall and it was absolutely unbelievable. Fish was done to perfection, risotto was perfect, and our waitress knew everything we questioned her about. My Dad had the seafood boil and that was wonderful as well. Restaurant has somewhat of a "cold" feel to it with its grayish colors and block walls, but it is still a classy place. Expensive, but totally worth the price for seafood lovers. Food was a 10 out of 10. Will be our new Elk Rapids tradition!
