I come here occasionally because it is not far from my home, but I seem to continually have negative experiences, typically centered around speed and customer service. Tonight was it for me - I was the only person there in the drive through and my wife and I ordered two shakes and an order of cookies as a late night snack. We waited about 20 minutes - first in line - for these simple orders. Our shakes were melted. Granted the cookies took some time, but I know 20 minutes was way too long. If this wasn't a rural location, I'm confident this wouldn't be tolerated. The staff were very rude as well - no apology for the time, generally non-positive attitudes. Again, I've had similar experiences in the past, such as waiting about 35 minutes for breakfast and long wait times on the inside as well. I'll be driving to the McDonald's in Hartford if I ever feel compelled for a snack from a McDonald's again.
