Hubby got me lg. Vanilla iced coffee & didn't put vanilla in it, they always have an issue never putting it in! So I called & they were willing to replace the boughten drink but not to give a free coffee card! I had to drive total 14mi after my hubby drove the 14 mi to pick it up. I talked to the store manager & still wouldn't do any little thing for the inconvenience! Wow! bare minimum! who cares about the customer as long as we get our $ , we'll stick it to them!
