A great time eating at the Cockpit Cafe at SFM after flying up with a group of 6 planes and 11 people for a fun flying meet-up! The food is great, and so is the service! I recommend this restaurant to anyone!
I tried the veggie eggs benedict; sauce was a bit bland but tasted fresh. Sauteed fresh mushrooms, peppers and onions, too bad they used frozen broccoli with that. My companions had made to order omelets they also rated as fair. The muffins were freshly baked and good. The homefries not so good. Our waitress never cracked a smile but was most efficient and attentive. Good place to stop for a quick bite.
Was served eggs benedict with a nasty hair underneath the egg and sauce. The cooks do not wear hair nets or even hats and was still forced to pay!! The service was awful and the food even worse. Just AWFUL. The only people who go here are friends of the staff. Do not waste your time or money.
Nice atmosphere featuring WWII memorabilia. Located at KSFM, so watch planes take off while you dine. Food is good. Service can occasionally be slow, but is usually fine. DOES NOT TAKE CREDIT CARDS!!
