I visited Brunswick from New Haven, Ct and found this Starbucks to be a great experience! The staff was friendly and fast, the store was clean and my whole family felt welcome.
They made a mistake, corrected it and gave me a free coffee. They rock!
What?! This is the WORST Starbucks I have ever experienced! The people are so uneducated in coffees, lattes, and their brand! They are unprofessional and they NEVER ask my name. They never even ask what size drink I want. Everytime they just decide for me until I correct them. Never give me a receipt. The coffee ALWAYS is too cold even AFTER I ask for it to be extra hot. 90% of the time my order is wrong and the coffee always takes horrible. I absolutely think this location should be shut down. It's horrible.
The best Starbucks store I have ever experienced. The staff is helpful and will ask your name for a more personalized experience. A brilliantly run business!
