The "Rafael burger" & fries are great. Food will fill you up without breaking the bank. Try the Tuesday specials. Service has always been friendly and fast.
I went to Rafael's on a Tuesday (half price burger day). The food and service were excellent, and I'm going back soon.
Rafael's has a very nice breakfast menu. There are at least four different types of eggs Benedict on the menu and two different types of French toast, among many other options. They have two dining areas, one near the bar and a second more formal dining room. The bathroom is large and was clean. Our waitress, Linda, was very nice. Nice background music too. Prices reasonable.
Excellent food. Hard to enjoy while westminsters homeless are walking by the Windows.
Over priced food, otherwise GREAT!
