Artisan Wine Company

The place has the potential if the bar staff A.K.A. the owner's young sons can get their service skills down. The bar has the atmosphere of sophistication but really just a Carroll County facade of what they interpret sophistication to be. I had front row seating at the bar and got ignored for my food orders while the owner himself stood in front of me the entire night cleaning glasses behind the bar. The pizza is ok, manufactured crust with some "fresh" basil sprinkled on top to give it the effect of being "Artisan". Yocals probably think it's great..lol need to get out of the county more. Spent 3 hours there and was only able to get 2 drinks out of one of the sons that was more interested in having people try his "buddy's" homemade ghost pepper tequila - having customers sample it out of a Tupperware container that came from God knows where..even for a so called mom and pop - not very professional or to Safe Serve standards. Left here feeling disrespected by an arrogant young man who got to things when he wanted to, and got a kick out of burning people's mouths with his suspect, unbranded ghost chili tequila after all he was the owner's son. Will not be back and will warn others about the service here.
Great wine, craft beer, and the food is always fresh.
The staff is very helpful and the food is very good.
Good wine. No real food. only appetizers. High prices.
