Bistro Blanc

Love this place. You won't find a fresher more tasty burger with rosemary fries. Half price on Wednesdays along with the beer :-)
Crispy brussel sprouts made with love!
There were several dishes which were interesting. I like interesting. The other ones felt confused if it wanted to be different or unique, and ended up being salty.
Phenomenal. Delicious bordeaux, fabulous food. Seared tuna was awesome, Pork three ways, ditto. Grilled Brie with yellow raisin almond arugula pesto + chili honey + toasted ciabatta, amazing. Whoever went there for a burger and flatbread......
I met a very nice dressed older man who said he knew about good wines and places to eat at the Giant the other day. He told me he went to this placed called the Bistro blanc, and said it was even better then the Iron Bridge on 108. Now right away I'm intrigued because my girl friend and I frequent Iron Brige allot. The wine and food there is out of this world. So to go to a place that is better then that was very exciting to me. So we go......there is nothing remotely intriguing or exciting about Bistro Blanc. I had the half priced burger and my girl friend had the flat bread. The burger was completely tasteless and the flat bread was burned to a crisp. The wine is not much better ether. When we did finally get it. The service was horrible also. Our waitress was extremely rude. Don't have to say that I won't ever be back. If you're going out and someone mentions this place to you......just do Iron Bridge. You'll be better off. Trust me!
