The new fajitas are terrible. I just had the ribs with corn on the cob. The ribs had almost no bbq sauce. The corn was hot and mushy or cold and crisp. Obviously it was heated in a microwave. We won't be eating there again.
We usually like Chilis but not this one. It was our first visit and it was so Filthy I couldn't believe it. We were given a plate with dried food still on it. The salsa was pure liquid. My husband received about 6 fries with his burger. My fajitas has No flavor whatsoever. It came with approx 1 Tbsp of pico, 1 Tbsp of cheese and something I didn't recongnize but the Filth was the worst part. We were seated where we could see the kitchen and we couldn't wait to get out of there and wash our hands. NEVER AGAIN!!!
Very dissatisfied this evening! 1st waited 1/2 hour for my Blueberry pineapple Margarita! Server continued to apologize. He said manager was going to back to help bartender? 2nd waited over an hour for food. Food was good but not worth an hour wait. Will not go back to this Chili's. Never had a problem till this evening But not worth the drive or the wait
Terrible management. Always 10 empty tables but a 30 min wait. The manager should be fired
The wait staff was fine but the food took forever. When it finally arrived it was pretty bad. Not the chili's experience we are used to.
