I have never written a review but I have to do it after visiting this place. It's the worst place I've even been by far. The place wasn't even crowded but they spent like 30 mins to take our orders. Then, one hour late our onion rings came! DISGUSTING! It was like drinking oil! We couldn't eat it so we decide it was enought and we wanted to go out. We ask for the check and after other 30 mins they took my credit card. It was slow and unprofessional. The didn't add the discount in the bill and we wanted to reclaim but we prefer to go out of this place as quick as we could. The first time that I've been there, I paid my order ($5) with a $20 note and they gave me nothing back. When I asked for my money, the waitres told me that he didn't realice what it was wrong! Sooo bad. Worst place ever. I don't know why are they still open. DON'T GO!

Went to this bar for the first time, last night, oh man. This is by far the worst bar in worcester. Not only was the service horrible, the bouncers were equally horrible. I watched as they tossed a person down the flight of stairs for no reason. The service took about 20 minutes to get one drink (and it wasn't even that crowded). This bar should be closed down immediately. I can't believe the stuff I saw there, including a bartender dropping the ICE SCOOP on the ground and then picking it back up and placing it right back in the ice. DON'T go to this bar. It's horrible.

This new spot is so nice from the new smell to the new walls. Park Avenue is the the new scene for Worcester. Oh might I add you should really try to the food downstairs as well, delicous! Great businesses gentlemen, and Good luck!

Hold on tight to your belongings, they have light fingers in this place. Some dishonest person made off with an iPhone, most likely stolen right out of a purse. The bar staff does NOT serve responsibly so if you are just going out to get blitzed, this is the place!! They do not care if you get behind the wheel even if you can't walk. Value for a night out? Pretty expensive after the impound fees and the replacement cost for the iPhone. Thank god the people in question are still alive, and so is everyone in their path that night. Parents, if your college kids hang out here, you may want to recommend they find another venue.

Cute little place with nice atmosphere, great food, moderate pricing and our server was everything you expect. We couldn't understand why they weren't swarmed with customers. It's a must try place! Nice lounge upstairs...didn't try that.
