I have been living in Williamsburg for almost all of my life. It's a quiet and reserved place with friendly people all around. I've always enjoyed Chinese food, however, it took my family and I an hour to the closest Chinese food restaurant. When Panda Garden came about to Williamsburg, I was overjoyed! The day of the opening, I went in with my family to eat for the night. I wasn't expecting too much since new restaurants are usually slow and still getting used to the flow of movement around. The waiter we received seemed delighted and took our orders -- the foods are quite recognizable since it seemed to have adopted many from your average Chinese restaurant. There is one thing about the food I have to say -- it wasn't perfect, but it's original. It's a bit greasy, but the flavors make up for it. Put them all together and the food can be close to excellence. Best Chinese food I've eaten throughout all my close-quarters with Chinese food restaurants. Service was quite nice as there were also quite a bit of people being served as well. Overall, the price I paid for the food is definitely worth it. I do intend to come back as it is an exceptional Chinese food restaurant!
Been going to this place ever since it opened. Love the service, the food, the Colonial/Chinese feel, and the prices are very reasonable. The waiter we had was very friendly and open - generally, their staff are very kind. The food never disappoints me either!
Great food! They deliver, too! I've never been disappointed by the meals there or to go - it's always hot and delicious. Had them deliver once too, and they found our house without a problem.
