Last night was the second time we ate at Fratelli's. Both times the food was excellent. Everyone in our party of 6 enjoyed what they ordered. However, the first time we went, about a month ago, they did not have our reservation even though we made one and confirmed it a couple days before. Last night we went for a birthday dinner for my husband. We have the same 6 people. They did not have a table for 6 available for us so they sat us in a booth for 4 and a booth for 2. We were not at all happy any complained to the waitress. Her response was " Sorry". That was it. It was also very noisy which we understand can happen but because we were not sitting at one table we had a difficult time conversing with the couple in the "separate booth". We were very disappointed. When you make a reservation for 6 you should expect to sit at one time.
The new owners who took over this restaurant are doing a FANTASTIC job. The food is EXCELLENT (especially the seafood Jumbalaya!! Yum!!) The complimentary fresh warm bread and red sauce served at the beginning are to die for! Everything we have had there is VERY good!! Welcome to Otis, MA Fratellis!!!!!!
