The staff completely ignores you unless you are a regular. I waited several minutes to pay for my purchase while the cashier chatted with someone. You need to ask the people behind the counter for help, they just don't seem to know what service is. The food is good if you can get past the uppity smug attitude and long wait. I live nearby and have tried shopping here 3 times and I won't go back.
