When we got there, There wasn't anyone on duty that could help us in the automotive dept. Then when there was they messed up our tire and rim. They did not act like they knew what to do. We had to order a new tire, which will cost us $99.00. I made several trips to restroom while we were there for a couple hours. That was disgusting. The first time the lights weren't even on yet. Their restroom always smells sour. Paper all over floor.

Terrible store...everything is crowded and very unorganized!!!...they would have gotten a negative number of stars if it would have been possible
