Went 2 years ago, and the food was great. Must have changed ownership or something. Because we went a month ago, and the food was the worse I think I've eaten anywhere. It raised my suspicions when we saw only one other couple in the restaurant at 12:30 pm on a Sunday afternoon. I was reminded with the $85 bill I just got on my credit card bill. By the way, that's without a charge for one of the entree's, because my wife sent it back complaining that it was inedible. I know that a customer like me who would only visit rarely will not make or break the restaurant, but I won't be going back. Don't mind paying for decent food, BUT !!!
No food just water Went in with my family sat on the dock could not sit on the lower level, but that was fine. I waited 10 minutes for my waitress; got some water and that was it -waited another 15 minutes still no waitress, no food,just water.
We went to the Mariner's on a recommendation from a friend - Very glad we did! The food, drinks and service were excellent. Wouldn't hesitate to go back.
Great place great food
This was an absolutely fantastic destination! A little pricy, but you get a ton of food! Their fried seafoods are amazing, especially their crawfish tails and shrimp! Stuffed baked potatoes have a perfect Cajun twist to them! I was eating with a party of ten and everyone was satisfied! I went during the evening, but would be great for a summer lunch day because of its location on the lake! Marvelous all around!
