The staff at this Starbucks is consistently unprofessional. If you don't mind loud singing, slamming of their metal utensils, and loud chatter (they are louder than the customers) then this is the place for you!
Oh, and if you enjoy confrontation, this is also a great place. When I asked the girl who was slamming everything to keep it down, she confronted me. I asked her to leave me alone, that they had bothered me enough, so she left. Then she came back again! And she was the manager! I finally had to leave and I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE!
They just lost a customer for life.
Go to the Starbucks on Nelson...the staff here is so much more professional. I don't know why I never went there in the first place. Much nicer.
